Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician- Assist in cardiovascular surgeries, including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and endovascular procedures
- Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are prepared and maintained
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety
- Participate in on-call rotation, covering one weeknight and one weekend per month
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician- Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience required
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification required
- Must be flexible with schedule and possess teamwork orientation
