Responsibilities include preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile technique, assisting during surgical procedures, managing surgical instruments and supplies, and ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process. You will assist surgeons and the surgical team during operative procedures by maintaining sterile technique and handling instruments and supplies. Additionally, you will prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for scheduled procedures while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Support perioperative patient care by assisting with patient transport, positioning, and specimen management. Participate in on-call coverage and be prepared to scrub urgent or emergent procedures within required response times.
