Description:
FLU VACCINE REQUIRED.
Must possess required certifications.
Candidates must have experience in Ortho and Neuro spine, as well as vascular and plastics flap procedures.
No call-off policy; 14 days written cancellation notice required.
Charting system used is EPIC.
Care setting is acute.
This position does not require a BSN.
License submission is not required.
