Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist- Assist in operations with a focus on robotic, neurosurgery, general, plastics, urology, and ortho procedures
- Support the operating room team, ensuring equipment and surgical tools are properly utilized
- Maintain sterile conditions and assist with patient positioning and draping
- Participate in call rotations, providing support during night and weekend shifts when necessary
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist- Virginia License
- Experience with robotic surgery, orthopedics, and neuro/spine procedures
