The role involves working within a surgery department that specializes in a variety of procedures including Ortho, ENT, and GYN. This position is best suited for professionals with at least two years of experience in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist
Assist in robotic procedures such as prostate and hysterectomy
Participate in all orthopedic procedures including shoulders, knees, hips, and trauma
Support GYN procedures in both laparoscopic, robotic, and open formats
Perform general surgery tasks as needed
Assist with ENT and podiatry procedures
Conduct spine surgeries including fusions, laminectomies, and ACDF
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist
Must hold an active NH state license at the time of submission
BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience in a hospital setting
Robotic and spine surgical experience required
