Travel Surgical Tech - $2,343 to $2,543 per week in Erie, PA

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you will function as a member of a cardiac team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during cardiac surgical procedures. You will ensure patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing and setting up specialized instrumentation and equipment, and supporting the surgical team throughout cases.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment.
• Experience with cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and sterile processing specific to cardiac cases.
• Familiarity with intraoperative equipment used in cardiothoracic procedures, including cardiopulmonary bypass setup and management, is required.
• Ability to work in a hospital operating room environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Preferred: Additional certifications (e.g., CST), ACLS, or specialized cardiovascular tech training.
