Key Responsibilities of the Allied Health Professional - Surgical Technician- Assist in neuro/ENT surgeries, including spine and cranial procedures
- Support orthopedic surgeries, including fractures and joint replacements
- Participate in general, gynecological, and genitourinary surgeries
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment
- Collaborate with charge nurses, leads, and supervisors during shifts
Requirements of the Allied Health Professional - Surgical Technician- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Two years of experience in a surgical technician role
- Familiarity with OR equipment like Hanna Table and Medtronic navigation systems
- Experience with EPIC charting is preferred
