Key Responsibilities of the Surgical Technician
Assist in neuro, ENT, and spine surgeries including laminectomies, ALIFs, and cranial surgeries
Support orthopedic procedures like fractures, anterior hips, and total joints
Provide assistance in general surgeries such as breasts/plastics, vascular, and laparoscopic procedures
Operate and trouble-shoot surgical equipment including Medtronic and Stryker systems
Ensure sterile techniques and maintain surgical instruments during procedures
