This role requires expertise in assisting surgeons with various procedures, including Ortho trauma, neuro, spine, and GYN. You'll work in a dynamic hospital setting utilizing cutting-edge equipment, including DaVinci and Mako robots.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist- Assist surgeons during Ortho trauma, spine, neuro, GYN, and robotic surgeries
- Support surgical teams with standard and specialized OR equipment
- Maintain sterile environment and ensure equipment readiness
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist- CSTFA, CFA, RNFA certifications
- Experience with advanced surgical procedures and robotics
- Strong knowledge in Ortho, spine, neuro, and vascular surgeries
