National Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience in a hospital setting.
Proficiency in scrubbing for open heart, vascular, and thoracic procedures.
BLS Certification (AHA) required.
Effective communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
