Travel Surgical Tech - $885 to $1,085 per week in Sugar Land, TX

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified OR Tech / Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment.
• Experience supporting perioperative patient care, functioning as a scrub assistant during operative and invasive procedures, and familiarity with surgical instrumentation and equipment.
• Ability to work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Client requirement: adherence to the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and confirmation that the candidate meets all position requirements and specialty experience.
• Preferred: Experience in cardiac surgery for CVOR roles, per-client preference.
