Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties in a high-acuity operating room environment across multiple surgical specialties
• Assist surgical teams during cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and surgical supplies in accordance with facility protocols
• Respond to on-call requirements as needed per department scheduling
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgical specialties
• Must meet travel candidate eligibility requirements (local candidates from certain counties are not eligible for this position)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or academic medical center operating room environment
• Comfort with on-call scheduling and adaptability across multiple OR service lines
