Surgical Technician
LocationAtlanta, GA
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgical team during orthopedic and neurological procedures
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to surgeons and surgical assistants during procedures
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to facilitate efficient and safe operations
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated experience as a Surgical Technician
- Strong proficiency in orthopedic surgical procedures
- Strong proficiency in neurological surgical procedures
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts on a consistent weekly schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
- Experience in a high-volume acute care or hospital setting
