Travel Surgical Technologist – Neuro

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift, 3x12s (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | On-Call Required (6-Week Rotation)
Key Responsibilities- Assist in intraoperative care within a Main OR setting, with a focus on neurosurgical procedures
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio during surgical cases, ensuring patient safety and proper surgical technique support
- Operate and manage OR equipment throughout surgical procedures
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient information management
- Participate in on-call rotation as required, including weekend call coverage
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience
- Neuro surgical experience required
- Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Ability to work day shift 3x12-hour schedules and participate in a 6-week on-call rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills- Strong background in neurosurgical scrubbing and intraoperative support
- Prior travel surgical technologist experience in a high-volume OR environment
