Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Shifts | Day/Night Rotation | 9AM or 11AM Start Times | 36 Hours Per Week | Every 3rd Weekend As Needed | Every Other Holiday | On-Call: 1x Per Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across a high-volume, 22-room OR suite operating 24/7
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including general, gynecology, GU, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine
• Demonstrate competency in at least 5 of the listed surgical services
• Respond to on-call assignments as scheduled and maintain readiness for Level 1 trauma cases
• Float to other OR campuses as needed
• Maintain a positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced surgical environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inpatient surgical experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Active NBSTSA certification required (no other surgical tech certification accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Competency in a minimum of 5 surgical service lines listed above

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Familiarity with high-acuity, academic medical center environments
• Experience floating across multiple OR campuses or departments
