Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Projected Start: 08/04/2026 | Every other weekend and holidays in rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Assist with CVOR procedures including CABG (on and off pump), valve procedures, ablations, VATS, ION, and TAVR backup
• Assist with placement of invasive lines as directed by the surgical team
• Set up and operate Level 1 rapid infuser and cell saver equipment
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and adhere to all unit guidelines and facility policies
• Document accurately using Meditech EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Demonstrated experience with CABG (on and off pump), valve procedures, and ablations
• Experience assisting with placement of invasive lines
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility staff

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience setting up a Level 1 rapid infuser
• Experience setting up and operating a cell saver
• Prior travel assignment experience in a CVOR environment
