Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room (OR)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties in a high-volume operating room environment
• Assist surgical teams during orthopedic, general, vascular, and robotic-assisted procedures
• Set up and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and equipment for a variety of surgical specialties
• Support procedures utilizing advanced robotic surgical systems including DaVinci, Mako, and Rosa platforms
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 36 months of current and recent CST / Surgical Tech experience
• Proficient in orthopedic surgery including total joints procedures
• Experience in general surgery and vascular surgery
• Strong proficiency with DaVinci robotics
• Active NBSTSA certification (documentation required)
• Active BLS certification through AHA or ARC (documentation required)
• Valid driver's license (documentation required)
• Must have completed at least one travel contract within the past 12 months (no first-time travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficient experience with Mako and Rosa robotic surgical systems
• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, or equivalent within the past 24 months
