    Job Title

    Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room (OR)

    Contract | Days | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Scrub and assist in a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic, general, and vascular surgeries
    • Operate and assist with advanced robotic surgical systems including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa platforms
    • Prepare and maintain the sterile field before, during, and after surgical procedures
    • Assist surgical team with instrument passing, specimen handling, and counts in accordance with facility protocols
    • Support total joint and orthopedic surgical cases requiring specialized technique and equipment knowledge
    Required Qualifications
    • Active NBSTSA certification (documentation required)
    • Active BLS certification through AHA or ARC (documentation required)
    • Minimum 36 months of current and recent CST / Surgical Tech experience
    • Proficient experience in orthopedic surgery including total joints
    • Demonstrated experience in general surgery and vascular surgery
    • Strong DaVinci robotics experience
    • Must have completed at least one travel contract within the past 12 months (no first-time travelers)
    • Valid driver's license (documentation required)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Proficient experience with Mako and Rosa robotic systems
    • Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months
