Job Title

Surgical Technologist – OR (Da Vinci Xi | GU, GYN, General, Eyes)

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub in and provide surgical tech support across a 7-room inpatient/outpatient operating unit serving GU, GYN, General, and Eye cases
• Operate and assist with the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system as a core responsibility
• Float to the main OR (26-room, Level I Trauma facility) when staffing needs arise or assigned rooms conclude early
• Assist with posterior eye cases and eye trauma procedures as needed
• Maintain sterile field and support the surgical team throughout all assigned procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Surgical Technologist certification or equivalent credentialing
• Demonstrated proficiency scrubbing with the Da Vinci Xi robotic system — required
• Experience across GU, GYN, General Surgery, and/or Ophthalmology service lines
• Ability to float between operating units as directed by staffing needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience scrubbing posterior eye cases and eye trauma procedures
• Background working in a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment
• Familiarity with Level I Trauma OR protocols and workflows
