Key Responsibilities

• Maintain aseptic technique throughout all operating room procedures
• Set up required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies for assigned cases
• Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures
• Pull cases as needed and break down cases at the conclusion of each procedure
• Prepare the operating room and supplies needed for the current and following day's schedule
• Remain available for call on an assigned, scheduled basis as required by unit need

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of aseptic technique in the OR setting
• Ability to scrub a variety of surgical cases and pass instruments proficiently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience pulling and setting up cases across multiple surgical specialties
• Familiarity with case breakdown procedures and end-of-day OR room turnover
