Contract | Days | 10- and 12-hour shifts available (7a–7p, 9a–9p, 7a–5p) | Primarily self-scheduling | On-call requirements apply (weeknight, holiday; weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a high-volume OR environment with approximately 37 cases per day across 17 suites
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including Ortho Trauma/Joints, Robotics, Neuro/Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, and Level 1 Trauma
• Fulfill on-call obligations, including approximately 3–4 call shifts per 6-week period on weeknights and holidays, with a 2-hour call response time
• Adhere to facility dress code; blue surgical scrubs are provided
• Participate in a 2-day unit/department-specific orientation; clinicians are expected to be on-site in state during the full week of orientation

Required Qualifications

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) required
• BLS certification required
• Colorado DORA registration required
• Robotics experience required
• Trauma experience required
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license must be submitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties (Neuro/Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology)
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced Level 1 Trauma environment
• Flexibility to float within a defined zone of facilities in cases of extreme staffing need
