Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room (OR)

Key Responsibilities- Assist surgical team throughout operative procedures in the operating room setting
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field, including the setup of surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants during procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team regarding procedural outcomes and patient status
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience required
- Active NCCT or NBSTSA certification required (documentation must be provided)
- Ability to work day shift in an onsite operating room environment
- No special scheduling requirements; standard availability expected
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a regional referral center or high-volume surgical environment
- Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
