Job Details:

• Variable shifts with call responsibilities
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Work in 6 OR suite cardiovascular operating room
• 2+ years of hospital experience and specialty experience required
• Active Texas CST license required (temporary licenses not accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Meditech documentation system experience preferred
• Floating as needed to other units
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Clean and healthy nails only - no artificial nails, gel, or extensions permitted
• Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors, pulled back if shoulder length or longer
• Body art should be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than ears prohibited
• Perform cardiovascular surgical procedures as certified surgical technologist
• Weekend schedule to be discussed during interview (4 10s or 5 8s options)
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview process
