Travel Surgical Tech in Salem, VA

Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Work in 2 OR suites on the 2nd floor of main building
• Day shift schedule with weekday, weekend, and holiday call required
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Work alongside 6 staff members (3 RNs, 3 CSTs)
• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications
• CVOR experience required - candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Scrubbing experience preferred
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Participate in typical procedures including CABG, Thoracotomy, Endo AAA, Valve Replacement, and Pacemaker procedures
• Must be flexible, knowledgeable, and self-starter personality type
• Float to OR as needed
• Light blue scrubs provided by facility
