Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM) | 5 days per week, 8 hours per day | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams during a variety of procedures including total joints, knees, hips, neurology, and urology cases
• Operate and assist with the DaVinci Robotic Surgical System — required for this role
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, surgical instruments, and equipment in the operating room
• Support surgical teams during occasional weekend cases as needed
• Ensure proper handling, passing, and accounting of surgical instruments and supplies throughout procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Surgical Technician in an acute care or hospital operating room setting
• DaVinci Robotic Surgical System experience is required
• Proficiency in total joint, orthopedic, neurological, and urological surgical procedures
• Ability to commit to a fixed schedule of 5 days per week, 8 hours per day — not negotiable
• Availability for occasional weekend shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including orthopedics, neurology, and urology
• Strong familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms and related instrumentation
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
