Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician in Redwood City, California. The position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized hospital setting with a focus on patient safety and operational excellence.

Job Details:

• Location: Redwood City, California
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), COVID-19 vaccination, at least 2 years OR experience, California licensure, and ability to work night shifts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner Surginet EMR system, scrub experience (not required but a plus).
• Float: Not required; unit-specific orientation includes one week of paperwork and one week paired with a preceptor.
• Responsibilities: Assist with orthopedic, neuro, general, gynecology, urology, and ENT surgeries; support surgical team in a high-volume environment with approximately 15-25 cases daily. Critical patients may be transferred directly to ICU.
• Additional Information: Must be skilled in sterile techniques, able to follow unit-specific processes, and handle complex surgical procedures, particularly orthopedic and neuro cases.
