Job Summary:
The ORT (Operating Room Technician) position is located in an organization seeking an experienced Surgical Technician for an upcoming assignment. This role involves working overnight shifts in a high-tech surgical environment, providing support across a variety of specialties including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Surgical Technologist or Operating Room Technician, active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, at least 1 year of related experience or equivalent training, and the ability to start on 09/28/2026 and work through 12/26/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-tech surgical environments and familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties
• Additional Information: The facility offers a state-of-the-art surgical environment with 26 spacious high-tech suites. Both inpatient and outpatient procedures are performed, serving patients of all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Responsibilities include supporting surgical teams and maintaining sterile technique throughout procedures.
