Job Summary:
The facility located in Everett, Washington is seeking a Surgical Technician or Operating Room Technician to join the team for an upcoming assignment. The position involves working in a busy Level II Trauma Center, supporting a variety of surgical cases including trauma, neuro, ortho, and general surgeries. This role requires flexible availability, including nights, with a start date of 08/24/2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026
- Required Qualifications: 1 year of relevant experience, Certification as a Surgical Technician (NBSTSA preferred), Washington State license or pending license acceptance, BLS certification. Candidates must have trauma, neuro, ortho, or general surgical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as NBSTSA or WA License are preferred.
- Travel Experience Required: No
- Additional Information: Travelers will be expected to float within the same unit or to nearby similar units. Candidates should be prepared for call requirements, which may include up to 6-8 weekday nights and 6-8 12-hour shifts. The facility operates a busy Level II Trauma Center with a daily census of 50-60 cases. Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
- Note: Applicants must be available to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays and provide two references covering at least one year of recent clinical experience.
