Shifts: 11:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator for a contract role in Tulsa, OK. The position involves working closely with a Registered Pharmacist and other pharmacy professionals in a dynamic pharmacy warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management and will work under direct supervision to support pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Coordinator- Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
- Work with the Billing Supervisor to enter data into computer systems for prescription filling and reimbursement
- Prepackage medication for dispensing according to standards and regulations
- Assist in the final checking and packaging of filled prescriptions for delivery to customers
- Maintain good inventory practices, including receiving and rotating medications and supplies
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment, checking equipment for calibration and safety
- Participate in packing and preparing equipment and supplies for distribution
- Assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and inventory management of warehouse supplies
Requirements of the Warehouse Coordinator- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
- Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
- Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by the State Board of Pharmacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, required
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn product codes and terminology
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
