Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Psych Tech for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role involves providing in-patient psychiatric care and clinical services, working directly with patients on a one-on-one basis. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting patients with their daily living, social, and psychiatric rehabilitation as directed by an RN.

Key Responsibilities of the Psych Tech- Provide direct care and clinical services to in-patient psychiatric patients
- Assist in daily living and rehabilitation activities
- Communicate effectively with patients and ensure access to required services
- Inform RN of patient changes and progress
- Participate in rounds and group therapy as needed
Requirements of the Psych Tech- 2 years of recent experience as a psych tech
- BLS from AHA
- Associate's Degree in Psychology or Sociology required
- Experience working with children/adolescents ages 8 - 18
