Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Psych Tech for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role specializes in providing direct care and clinical services to in-patient psychiatric patients. The successful candidate will work closely with RN staffs in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Psych Tech

Involve in direct care and clinical services to in-patient psychiatric patients
Assist with daily living, social, and psychiatric rehabilitation as directed by the RN
Effectively communicate with patients and facilitate access to required services
Inform RN of any patient changes
Participate in rounds and group therapy as needed

Requirements of the Psych Tech

2 years of recent psychiatric experience
BLS from AHA
AAS degree in Psychology or Sociology required
CPI preferred, with hands-on training (blue card preferred)
