Travel Technician / Technologist - $1,390 per week in Los Angeles, CA

Shift: 08:00am-05:00pm, Mon - Fri Description: Support the provider community with virtual and onsite visits, claims follow-up, and research support. Develop and deliver virtual and face-to-face training. Act as a liaison between providers and internal departments. Possess strong communication skills. Have experience delivering training in-person and virtually. Be available for limited overnight travel. Perform routine to complex tasks related to provider claiming, program policies, and training under minimal supervision. Provide one-on-one billing support, claim research and analysis, and targeted outreach to providers. Support provider association inquiries and events. Apply knowledge of established policies and procedures to resolve provider issues and ensure compliance. Exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to define appropriate actions. Evaluate unique circumstances and make recommendations. Strong analytical skills and provider relations skills are essential. Ability to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Ability to conceptualize, develop, and apply business and management consulting applications and services. Work from home with reliable high-speed internet connectivity. Travel required throughout the assigned geographic region to support training and other provider and account needs. May be required to report to the office at times to support work efforts. Work under minimal supervision on routine to complex tasks related to provider claiming, program policies, and training.
