Key Responsibilities of the Endoscopy Technician- Handle and maintain Olympus, Steris, Conmed, ERBE, and Boston Scientific equipment
- Perform procedures including EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, bronchoscopies, and more
- Ensure proper reprocessing of endoscopes and related equipment
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
Requirements of the Endoscopy Technician- Must have 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER)
