Job Title: Cath Lab Technician Profession: Cath Lab Technician Specialty: Cath Lab Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience License: CCL, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Neuro experience required Certifications: Must have relevant certifications Must-Have: Previous Cath Lab experience required Description: 4 ten-hour shifts a week, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsible for scrubbing and monitoring cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures. Manage access sites and symptoms, including sheath removal. Take emergency, after-hours call, with a minimum of 15 call shifts required. Schedule inpatients and outpatients for all procedures. Assist in admitting, recovering, and discharging inpatients and outpatients. Must be able to work independently, as the technician will be the first assist to the physicians. On-call responsibilities are required.
