Seven Healthcare are seeking an Electrophysiology Monitoring Technician for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for a skilled technologist specializing in electrophysiology, with opportunities to work closely with electrophysiologists during EP studies, ablations, and cardiac implants. Key Responsibilities of the Electrophysiology Monitoring Technician
Assist electrophysiologists during EP studies, ablations, and cardiac implants
Implement EP pacing monoverses and measurements using GE (MacLab & CardioLab) systems
Coordinate care with vendors for ablation procedures
Communicate with MD and in-room staff to ensure availability of equipment and supplies
Facilitate room turnover and ensure timely starts for procedures
Coordinate with Charge Nurse and vendors for scheduled procedures
Requirements of the Electrophysiology Monitoring Technician
RCES or Radiologic Tech license
BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant role
