**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Observation Unit!** **Job Description:** - Elevate your nursing career by joining a dynamic team focused on patient-centered care in our Telemetry Observation Unit. - Engage in a collaborative environment where you will: - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care. - Plan, implement, and document personalized nursing care tailored to each patient's unique needs. - Identify patient priorities through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop and coordinate individualized care plans through continuous assessments. - Initiate patient assessments based on medical diagnoses and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Manage the care of patients effectively and compassionately. - Document care per established standards based on patient acuity and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice and contribute to innovations in care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models. - Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned to enhance team collaboration. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry experience required. - Proficient in telemetry, including non-titratable drips and cardiac rhythms. **Education Requirements:** - Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing required. - Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam required. **Licenses & Certifications:** - Current BLS certification from AHA. - Valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. - Telemetry certification. **Schedule Information:** - Night shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 36 hours per week. - Every other weekend commitment. - May require floating to other inpatient telemetry units. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
