**Exciting Opportunity for Telemetry Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - **Start Date:** December 14 - **Location:** Overland Park, Kansas (Leawood area) - **Unit:** Med Tele (Cost Center: 620) - **Shift:** 7 AM - 7 PM - **Hours:** 48 hours guaranteed preferred **Unit Highlights:** - 25-bed Med Tele unit, focusing on: - Renal - Urology - Oncology - Pulmonology - Cardiology - General Med Surg - Patient Ratios: 4-5:1 - Team-oriented environment with support from charge nurses - Equipped with: - EKGs - Bladder scanners - Sit-to-stand lifters - Hoyer lifts - Hover mats - Alaris pumps - Pyxis - Documentation system: Meditech-EBCD **What We Expect:** - At least every 3rd weekend required - Minimum of 3 shifts per week - Floating to like units (Ortho/Neuro/CCU/CDU/SSU/Obs/Rehab) **Patient Experience Focus:** - Emphasis on our 2X2 model: - Nurse Explanation - Nurse Courtesy and Respect - Daily Nurse Leader Rounds to connect with patients and ensure quality care - Ongoing monitoring for safety and quality measures **Qualifications:** - Required Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - Basic Dysrhythmia - Must possess a positive attitude and be team-oriented - Basic medical-surgical procedures performed on the unit **Dress Code:** - Royal blue scrub tops and either royal blue or black pants - Grey, white, black, or royal blue undershirt **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
