### Exciting Opportunity for Renal Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Description:** - **Location:** A4E, 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801 - **Shift:** 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM **Unit Highlights:** - Join our dynamic 18-bed Renal Medicine unit, where patient care is top priority. - Collaborate with a dedicated team of: - 7 staff on day shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 floor nurses, 1 HUC, and 1 CNA - 6 staff on night shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 floor nurses, 1 HUC/CNA - Enjoy a manageable patient ratio: - RNs: 1:4 to 1:6 - CNAs: 1:9 to 1:18 **Your Role:** - Provide exceptional nursing care, specializing in: - Peritoneal Dialysis - Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including mobilization tools and dialysis cyclers. - Engage with patients using compassion and timeliness. **Qualifications:** - **Must Have:** - Current RN licensure - BLS certification - **Preferred:** - BSN degree - Certified peritoneal dialysis nurse certification - Experience with Cerner EMR **Best Fit:** - A flexible, adaptable personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and a genuine compassion for patient care. **Additional Information:** - Weekend and holiday rotations are part of the schedule. - Floating to similar units or taking on sitter roles may be required. **Dress Code:** - RN: Navy blue scrubs - CNA: Galaxy blue scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
