Job Title: RN – Telemetry Float Pool

Location: Worcester, MA (New England Area)

Shift: Night 3x12s (18:45 – 07:15) | Every Other Weekend & Holiday

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (36 Hours/week)

Key Requirements:

• License/Certs: Active MA RN License in hand | BLS required (ACLS preferred).
• Experience: 18+ months acute care experience with solid Telemetry/Med-Surg background.
• EMR: Epic experience required.
• Pass/Fail Exams: Must pass 2 exams at orientation on 1st attempt (Medication & Telemetry competency).
• Patient Ratios: Nights 1:5–1:6.

Unit Highlights & Expectations:

• Floating Role: Floats across MS/Tele units handling thoracic, bariatric, ortho, urology, and GYN surgical patients.
• Skills Needed: Cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation, cardiac drips (non-titrating), chest tubes, CBI, and PCA.
• Scheduling: Self-scheduling with manager approval (flexible with up to 2 pre-approved time-off requests). No block schedules.
