Job Summary:
Teletelemetry Medical Surgical Float RN in New Hampshire. This position involves providing patient care in telemetry and medical-surgical units, with opportunities to float between facilities as needed. The role requires flexibility, clinical expertise, and adherence to facility protocols to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, current BLS certification, ACLS certification, NH Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact (NHISS) credential, valid drivers license matching demographics, and a NURSYS report confirming license status. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in a similar specialty, with at least 1 year of medical-surgical and/or critical care nursing experience. Experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system preferred but not required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Dysrhythmia interpretation, ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam with a preferred score of 80%, and experience floating to multiple hospital locations including facilities in Concord, Laconia, or Franklin, New Hampshire.
• Additional Information:
  • Must be prepared to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding.
  • Candidates should be fluent in care of patients with mid to high acuity and comfortable managing patient ratios in med-surg and critical care settings.
  • Flexibility to float between different facility locations, including Concord Hospital-Laconia and Franklin, is possible based on operational needs.
