Job Summary: Telemetry (TELE) Nurse Night Shift Located in the designated healthcare facility. This role involves providing direct patient care on a telemetry unit, assessing, planning, and implementing clinical interventions. The position also includes supervising staff and supporting the clinical operations to maintain high-quality, safe, and effective patient care.
Job Details:
Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 1 year of experience as a telemetry nurse, relevant certifications, and current qualifications for the role.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a telemetry or step-down unit, additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
