Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: August 25, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), block schedule. Patient ratio 1:6. 36-bed unit with floating required to units of equal acuity.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a Trauma Level I facility
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, and more
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patient populations in a Med/Surg Telemetry environment
• 36-hour orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, blood product administration, central line management, and other critical Med/Surg skills
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Geographic restrictions apply; candidates residing in certain local counties are not eligible
