Job Summary: Telemedicine Telemetry (TELE) RN position available in the healthcare organization. This role involves providing clinical bedside care to patients with telemetry needs, following established protocols and standards. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with diverse patient diagnoses and collaborative team support.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The position requires working every other weekend and as needed for holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois, CPR, ACLS certification, Epic electronic medical record experience, and successful completion of a passed EKG test with 80% or higher.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center; new graduates are not accepted.
Additional Information: The unit has 29 beds with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:4-5, caring for patients with diagnoses including Neurosurgery, Urology, Orthopedics, Surgical Overflow, and Telemetry. Length of stay typically ranges from 3 to 4 days.
Duration: Contract position beginning on 10/04/2026 and ending on 12/27/2026.
