Job Summary:
This TELEMETRY (TELE) nursing position is located in Evanston, Illinois. The role involves working the day shift with 12-hour scheduled hours. Candidates must bring their licensure on the first day and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in stroke and neurology. The assignment is expected to commence within two weeks of offer date, with a schedule of 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Evanston, Illinois
- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid license with BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), and passing EKG test; 2 years of experience in stroke/neuro; candidates must present all certifications at the time of submittal
- Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in stroke/neuro
- Floating: Float rotation may be required to similar units as needed
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Additional Information: Orientation lasts 24-32 hours, with 16 hours of non-billable orientation; assignment pays weekly, with credentials due the Thursday before start; start date within two weeks of offer
