Job Summary: Telemetry Nursing in Hopewell, VA. This healthcare organization is seeking a Telemetry Nurse to provide specialized patient care on a 2 South Telemetry unit. The role involves monitoring cardiac patients and administering cardiac drips, with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and accountability.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). No minimum years of experience required, but at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong cardiac background and experience in step-down or Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Additional Information: Unit features Telemetry monitoring and cardiac drips. Typical procedures include line placements and dialysis. Candidate must be a team player, reliable, and accountable. Dress code is all black scrubs or black pants with a red top for registered nurses. Working every other weekend and on call.
