The role requires a qualified RN with a focus on telemetry monitoring, patient assessment, and support, working overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Job Details:
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum 1-year hospital telemetry experience, BLS certification, ACLS certification, and able to work night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior Meditech EMR experience, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, and experience with procedures like central lines, medication drips, and heart catheter recovery.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The role involves managing patient care on a telemetry unit with equipment including PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tubes. The unit emphasizes positive patient care experience, critical thinking skills, and an engaged, independent personality.
