Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry at a healthcare facility in Atlanta, Georgia. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced, high-volume cardiac care unit within a reputable organization. The role involves providing specialized patient care to individuals with cardiac diagnoses, developing assessment and critical thinking skills, and gaining valuable experience in cardiovascular procedures and interventions.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or a compact state, 18 months of recent experience in the specialty within the past 3 years, current CPR certification including AHA BLS, and must pass an onsite dysrhythmia test.
  • Preferred Qualifications: CCRN certification, experience with presurgical patients
  • Additional Information: The unit is a 12-bed moderate care area supporting the entire heart and vascular service line. The environment will include management of arterial lines, PA catheters, 2-4 drips, LVADs, and continuous monitoring, but no ventilators, CRRT, Impellas, or IABPs are utilized. The role provides opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and working with a variety of cardiovascular conditions in a dynamic setting.
