Job Summary Telemetry Nurse Telemetry Location: Undisclosed. This position involves evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care within a telemetry unit. The nurse will develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care, perform therapeutic nursing interventions, and advocate for evidence-based practices in alignment with professional nursing standards.

Required Qualifications: RN license, ACLS, BLS certifications; ASN degree from an accredited nursing school; minimum of 2 years recent telemetry experience; NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; NIHSS; Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam required.
Preferred Qualifications: BSN; Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam.
Additional Information: The nurse must be able to assess patients, document nursing care aligned with standards and priorities, and provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
