The role includes supervising and coordinating activities with nursing staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient health and safety.
Job Details
Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36-48 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience.
Additional Information:
Collects relevant patient health data and analyzes assessment information.
Develops patient care plans and implements interventions to achieve outcomes.
Coordinates care delivery and employs strategies to promote health and safety.
Evaluates progress towards outcomes and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Provides education to patients and family members, participates in discharge planning, and delegates duties appropriately.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must have Epic experience and be able to float between Medical-Surgical (MS) and Telemetry units.
