Job Summary Telemetry (TELE) nurse position in Southern California. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients in a 144-bed healthcare facility, following established standards of care and utilizing critical thinking and supervisory discretion. The position includes supervising and directing activities of various levels of nursing staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or BLS certification from approved vendor per organization policy; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale required; 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Additional Information: Delivers patient-centered care with a focus on safety, healing, and compassion. Responsibilities include collecting relevant health data, analyzing assessment data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, and providing patient and family education. Participates in discharge planning, delegates appropriately, and coordinates healthcare team duties to ensure continuity of care. The organization is committed to staff and patient safety, requiring all associates to receive necessary vaccinations as a condition of employment.
